DEMA's TITAN II series dishwashing machines reduce the number of service calls and create a more profitable installation across all types of dishwashing accounts. Set the distributor to centralized, no probe, or auto switch mode as required by installation. If set to Auto switch mode, the device will automatically switch to no probe mode if the probe stops working properly or the distributor cannot maintain the set point.
